After receiving the order of the higher authorities on the transfer of 85 villagers in the new fishermen's village, He Wanfei, head of the village-based working group of Wenyi Village, Tanbu Town, and Tan Zhiyang, deputy director of the village committee, organized party members to attack the fortifications overnight, went door-to-door to persuade the villagers to move as soon as possible, helped the villagers carry their belongings, and sent the lonely elderly and people with reduced mobility to the resettlement site.
