At about 9 o'clock on April 26, 2024, an explosion occurred in the No. 60 crushing workshop of Huanggu Fireworks and Firecrackers Factory in Junchu Town, Liling City, killing 3 people and injuring 2 others. After the accident, the public security, emergency, fire, health and other departments rushed to the scene as soon as possible and made every effort to carry out on-site rescue and other work. At present, the investigation of the accident, the treatment of the injured and the aftermath are underway.
