The 2024 "Chinese Dream and Labor Beauty" Heart-to-Heart Special Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Program") to celebrate the "May Day" International Labor Day jointly organized by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and China Central Radio and Television has recently completed the recording of the main venue of Zhongguancun Software Park in Haidian District, Beijing, and the venue of AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xifei").
The annual "May Day" special program has been held for 22 consecutive years and is known as the "Spring Festival Gala for Workers". This year's special program focuses on the theme of "Chinese Dream and Labor Beauty", with "starting from the 'new'" as the main line, and innovatively adopts the mode of "one main venue in Beijing + 1 branch venue outside Beijing + N outdoor shooting spots", and goes deep into the front line of the company's factories and mines to record. Zhongguancun Software Park is the main venue, and in addition to the Science and Technology Plaza, the buildings of major innovative industries, iconic factories, and the central lake of the park are all used as diversified scenes to present "new quality productivity". Xifei Group is a scientific research and production base of large and medium-sized military and civil aircraft in mainland China, and as a branch venue, it highlights the breakthrough achievements of major heavy weapons such as the "Y-20" (a new generation of military large transport aircraft). The special program also selected external shooting spots in Hebei, Zhejiang, Henan, Guangdong, Shaanxi, Chongqing, etc., with the cooperation of local trade unions, echoing the main and branch venues, and highlighting the high-quality development achievements through the thriving industrial weather in various places.
The whole special program specially set up three labor tribute ceremonies, with the "Chinese Dream and Labor Beauty" seal tailored for the workers as the ritual carrier, artistically expressing the precious characteristics of "self-reliance and self-reliance", "amiable and lovely", and "master craftsman Yunjin ((from "Zhuangzi", metaphor for exquisite skills)", respectively, telling the vivid stories of the working class to promote and accelerate the development of new quality productive forces, labor to create happiness, and work hard.
This year's special program has carried out comprehensive innovation in the means of expression, stage packaging, and interactive channels, highlighting singing and dancing with workers, and launching a number of creative and new works such as workers' check-in shows, cultural relics creation and performance shows, micro-films, and multi-place linkage operas, which jointly play the strong voice of the times of "we workers have power".
The special program will be about 90 minutes long and will be broadcast simultaneously at 20 o'clock on May 1 (Monday) on the comprehensive channel of China Central Radio and Television (CCTV-1), variety channel (CCTV-3), music channel (CCTV-15), as well as CCTV, CCTV news, CCTV network, the voice of literature and art, the sound of music and other platforms, presenting an audio-visual feast for workers across the country on Labor Day.
