The Wuxi Henglong Plaza (Phase II) project undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau has 4 floors underground, 7/52/57 floors above ground, and a total construction area of 168,000 square meters (54,000 square meters underground and 11.4 square meters above ground). At the beginning of the project, it was clear that the three-star safety production standard chemical site in Jiangsu Province and the Yangtze Cup of provincial high-quality structure were clarified, and the construction process was awarded the red list construction site in Liangxi District, Wuxi City for many times.

100% of the project safety production standardization is implemented. Foundation pit protection, floor edge protection all adopt stereotyped protective mesh, floor reserved openings are set up to reserve steel mesh, and reversible steel cover plates are set up at the material transfer port to ensure that the safety protection of the whole process of construction is in place, and each material yard on the construction site adopts stereotyped mesh isolation, which is safe and beautiful.

The project construction elevator entrance is vertically set with stereotyped protective mesh, horizontally set up with hard closure layer by layer, the operation layer adopts customized steel cover plate, the stairway is set with stereotyped protective railings, and the floor edge operation is set up with special safety belt tie hanging points. Intelligent voice prompters are installed at each risk site, and safety prompts are automatically given when personnel pass by.

The project operation layer is protected by attached lifting scaffolding, the façade is tightly closed with perforated steel plate mesh, and the horizontal operation layer is protected by two steel flaps, and the project erects two horizontal cantilever protective sheds and a landing anti-smashing shed on the façade to effectively reduce the risk of falling from high altitudes and object strikes.

Green Construction
The project installs a dust and noise monitoring system on the site, and an intelligent sprinkler system is installed on the fence to monitor the on-site PM2.5 and PM10 data online, and the on-site spraying is turned on according to the on-site dust data. The main construction points on the site are equipped with fog cannons to implement wet operations.

The project department has established a BIM+ smart site command center to actively promote the construction of on-site smart construction sites. The main road at the scene is equipped with people-vehicle diversion facilities, personnel take the safe channel, vehicles take the main road, and traffic lights and lifting poles are set up at the intersection, and the monitoring AI system can classify and detect and capture the human body/vehicle body of the regional invasion, and at the same time link the sound and light alarm device to warn and shout.
