1. Recruitment plan

2. Campus recruitment objects

Campus recruitment is open to graduates of colleges and universities such as Inner Mongolia Medical University, Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities, Chifeng University, Northwest University for Nationalities and Ningxia Medical University.

3. Campus recruitment conditions

(1) Applicants must meet the following conditions:

Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;Forge a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation, consciously safeguard the unity and progress of the nation;Have good political quality and moral character, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;This campus recruitment is not limited to household registration;Age requirements are 18 years old and above, 35 years old and below, the deadline is subject to the actual date of registration;Other qualifications required by the position (see " Recruitment Position Table"), physical conditions and psychological quality to meet the requirements of the position, and the date of obtaining the applicant's academic qualifications is until July 31, 2024.

(2) Clinicians with a bachelor's degree who have passed the standardized training of residents and are employed in medical and health institutions in the same year shall be treated the same as fresh graduates of the same year; In principle, the training specialty in the certificate of qualification for residential training should be consistent with the professional or category requirements of the recruitment position. When registering, the candidate's major must be consistent with the major required by the position.

(3) The following persons shall not apply:

Full-time junior colleges, undergraduates, and graduate students in regular institutions of higher learning; Personnel of public institutions; persons who have been criminally punished for crimes, persons who have been expelled from the Communist Party of China, persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons who have been listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness in accordance with law; persons who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of recruitment (hiring) discipline during the recruitment of civil servants or open recruitment by public institutions, and who are within the period of prohibition from examinations; military personnel on active duty; personnel who have been recused from positions in relation to their employment after applying for employment; and persons in other circumstances who are prohibited from being hired as staff members of public institutions as provided by laws and regulations.

(4) The social practice experience that full-time undergraduate or graduate students participate in during their study at the university is not regarded as work experience.

4. Campus Recruitment Procedures

The campus recruitment process is carried out item by item in accordance with the procedures of announcement, on-site registration and online registration, qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment.

(2) Registration

1. Registration method: Registration is carried out by a combination of on-site registration and online registration.

3. Registration Requirements

On-site registration. Applicants must first fill in the "Registration Form" as required, provide a recent 2-inch digital color photo with no head, and must use a valid resident ID card, school certificate, and online verification report of academic qualifications and degrees.

Online registration. The materials to be provided are: candidates download the "Registration Form for Campus Recruitment of Medical and Health Professionals and Technicians in Urad Qianqi in 2024" and fill it in as required. "Registration Form" (insert a recent two-inch color bareheaded electronic photo, except for the signature must be filled in manually, other contents must be printed), graduation certificate, degree certificate, academic certification report, practice qualification certificate, ID card, household registration book and related certificates, the above materials need to be scanned in order into a PDF file, the file name is "name + name of the recruiting unit + job name", upload to the mailbox, email address: [email protected].

The professional categories or majors required in the job list mainly refer to the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (2020 Edition), the Catalogue of Disciplines and Majors for Conferring Doctoral and Master's Degrees and Cultivating Graduate Students (promulgated in 1997), the Catalogue of Disciplines for Degree Conferment and Talent Training (updated in April 2018) and the latest information on the research and recruitment website formulated by the Ministry of Education. For some self-established majors, emerging disciplines, and foreign education disciplines that are not fully covered by the current professional catalog, applicants should also fill in truthfully, so that the qualification examiners can preliminarily judge whether they meet the professional requirements of the post.

Applicants shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Where false information is filled in or important information is concealed, and the circumstances are serious, their qualifications for interviews or employment are to be revoked, and they are to be recorded in their creditworthiness files.

(3) Qualification review

On-site registration and qualification review will be conducted at the same time. The qualification review work is in charge of the qualification review team composed of the Urad Qianqi Organization, the human resources and social security, and the health department. The qualification review focuses on whether the information filled in by the applicant is true and accurate, and whether it meets the corresponding qualifications for the position. Those who do not meet the application conditions, the personal information filled in is inconsistent with the documents held, and the important information is concealed or false supporting materials are provided, and the circumstances are serious, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the registration information cannot be modified after the review is passed.

The qualification review of online registration is carried out online, and the qualification review team composed of the Urad Qianqi Organization, human resources and social security, and health departments is responsible for it. Applicants should pay attention to their application mailbox at any time and check their review status. If the review is passed, the registration form with the official seal will be fed back to the applicant in the form of email; if the review fails, the reason will be replied to in the form of email; if the review is not passed due to incomplete information or doubts, the applicant should supplement, modify or explain in a timely manner and re-save and submit and inform the qualification review team by phone or email. If the recruitment is affected due to failure to check the review status in time or failure to complete relevant information in a timely manner, the responsibility shall be borne by themselves. If the applicant passes the review, download the registration form with the official seal in time and attend the interview at the specified time.

The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of campus recruitment.

(4) Interview

1. The first campus recruitment interview time of Baotou Medical College: 8:30 a.m. on May 12, 2024, and those who do not arrive 15 minutes before the interview start will be disqualified.

2. This recruitment is only for interviews, the interview does not set the proportion of the examination, the interview passing score line is delineated as 60 points, for the actual number of interviews equal to or less than the actual number of recruitment plans for the position, the interview score of the candidates for the position must reach 60 points. 

3. The interview will be conducted in the form of on-site defense + skill test. The maximum score for the interview is 100 points.

4. After the interview and before the recruitment target is determined, if there is a vacancy in each link, each link can only be filled once.

5. The interview examiner is composed of 7 people, and the results will be evaluated on the spot and signed by the examiner and announced.

6. The total score of the examination = interview score (the total score is kept to three decimal places), if the last interview score of the same position is tied and exceeds the actual number of recruitment plans for the position, an additional test will be organized, and the candidates who will enter the scope of the physical examination will be determined by the same amount and published on the relevant website.

(5) Adjustment

Candidates who have not been admitted by the unit they are applying for, if the conditions meet the requirements of other vacant units, and the candidate is subject to adjustment, can be transferred to other vacant units according to the order of interview scores from high to low.

(6) Physical examination 

Those who enter the scope of physical examination must participate in the physical examination within the specified time, and those who fail to participate within the specified time shall be deemed to have automatically given up their recruitment qualifications.

Those who participate in the medical examination will have a medical examination at a designated hospital. The items and standards of physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and other relevant provisions of the state on physical examination of civil servants. If the results of the physical examination are untrue due to unqualified physical examination or falsification or concealment of important medical history during the physical examination, the employment qualification shall be cancelled.

If the number of vacancies in the recruitment plan is caused by the applicant's unqualified physical examination or voluntary abandonment, the number of vacancies in the recruitment plan shall be filled from the candidates above the interview passing score line according to the order of the interview score from high to low.

(7) Investigation

The inspection work will be completed within 15 working days after the completion of the physical examination. Applicants must actively cooperate with the completion of the inspection work within the specified time limit, and if the applicant fails to complete the inspection work due to his personal non-cooperation, it will be deemed to have given up automatically.

The inspection work highlights political standards, focusing on whether the candidates resolutely support the "two establishments", whether they meet the political requirements of enhancing the "four consciousnesses", strengthening the "four self-confidences", and achieving the "two safeguards", and whether they keep in mind the "three inseparables" and effectively enhancing the "five identities". The content of the examination includes political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, compliance with laws and regulations, work or study performance, personal integrity, etc., as well as the authenticity of the qualifications for the application.

If the applicant fails to pass the inspection or abstains, the employment qualification shall be cancelled.

(8) Publicity and employment

The list of personnel to be hired will be publicized on the Bayannur Personnel Examination Network. During the publicity period, social supervision and reporting will be accepted, and the publicity period will be 5 working days.

During the publicity period, the report letters, telephone numbers and report letters transferred by relevant departments should be carefully registered, investigated and verified in a timely manner, and the final verification results should be fed back to the informant and the transfer unit. If there is a problem that affects the employment and there is evidence, the employment shall not be hired; if it is difficult to verify the problems reported for the time being, the employment shall be suspended, and the decision on whether or not to hire will be made after the problems have been clarified.

After the expiration of the publicity period without objection, the Health Commission will report the report of the personnel to be hired and the "2024 Campus Recruitment and Employment Approval Form for Medical and Health Professional and Technical Personnel of Urad Qianqi" (3 copies) filled in by the personnel to be hired to the human resources and social security department of the flag organization for approval. The employer shall sign an employment contract with the applicant for a period of 3 years in accordance with the relevant regulations, and the probationary period shall be 12 months for the newly hired personnel who are employed for the first time, and the probationary period for other employees shall be 3 months. The probationary period includes the term of the employment contract, and those who pass the probationary period shall be formally employed.

Determine the minimum duration of service. The recruiter should stipulate a minimum service period of 5 years in the employment contract, and clarify the liability for breach of contract and related requirements. Those who give up without justifiable reasons or do not perform the minimum number of years of service will be recorded in their integrity files.

The personnel to be hired must obtain the corresponding qualification certificate within 3 years of taking up the post (see the job list for details).

If the person to be hired has any of the following circumstances, the employment qualification shall be cancelled:

Fresh graduates who fail to obtain their graduation certificates as scheduled; those who have been newly hired (hired) by other organs and institutions before going through the formalities for filing for employment and have not yet completed the probationary period (subject to the filing or approval documents) and those who are admitted as full-time students; those who fail to pass the assessment during the probationary period or at the end of the period; those who have false information, inconsistent conditions, or fraud in the process of campus recruitment that affect their employment.

The recruiter is a staff member of a public institution and enjoys the relevant policy treatment of public institution personnel.

After going through the employment filing formalities, if the vacancy is caused by giving up or being cancelled, the vacancy will not be filled.

4. Other matters

(1) This recruitment interview does not specify the examination counseling book, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold the examination counseling class.
