In order to complete the special action of financial and accounting supervision in 2024 on time, quality and quantity, continuously improve the financial and accounting supervision system, improve the working mechanism, and promote the high-quality development of the financial and accounting supervision of the city's fire and rescue team, from April 24th to 26th, Li Zizuo, deputy head of the Hohhot Fire and Rescue Detachment, led a team to carry out on-site inspection of financial supervision in various teams.
The inspection was carried out in accordance with the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the 2024 Financial and Accounting Supervision and Field Inspection of the City's Fire and Rescue Team", "Regulations on Independent Accounting for Financial Work of Brigade-level Units of Hohhot Fire and Rescue Detachment (Trial)", and "Implementation Plan for the Inventory of State-owned Assets of Hohhot Fire and Rescue Detachment".
In line with the principle of "promoting standardization through inspection and promotion through rectification", the working group started from the implementation of the "Opinions", budget preparation, budget implementation, asset management and other links, focusing on whether the content of the inspection content has been implemented according to the financial supervision self-inspection report of each team in 2023, whether it is equipped with complete financial post personnel in accordance with the provisions of independent accounting documents, and the implementation of incompatible financial post separation and restriction requirements, etc., pointed out problems and deficiencies on the spot, and put forward reasonable suggestions and rectification suggestions.
Through the inspection, we have effectively grasped the problems and weak links in the current financial management work of grassroots units. The detachment will step up its efforts to urge all units to analyze and investigate the causes, formulate targeted rectification measures, put an end to repeated investigations, and effectively pass on-site inspections and problem rectification through financial and accounting supervision, further standardize the internal control system of financial management, and ensure the high-quality completion of the 2024 financial work.
