The project uses the existing Diding Road to transform into a riverside greenway, sets up a forest rest science popularization space along the greenway, displays the relevant content of the official canal culture, adheres to the concept of "people's city and people's construction", earnestly implements the requirements of the municipal party committee and municipal government to do practical work for the people, and relies on the people's canal to accelerate the construction of functional complex industrial corridors, landscape corridors, ecological corridors, governance corridors and cultural corridors, which are integrated with the first phase of the project.
The completion of 6 Internet celebrity landscape bridges, including Yihe Bridge and Li'an Bridge, not only realizes the organic connection between the West Third Ring Road and the East Third Ring Road and the integration of urban and rural areas on both sides of the Renmin Canal, but also reflects the extension of urban prosperity and natural landscape through the integration of bridge shape, color, lighting and facilities.

After the completion of the undulating bridge, people can stand on the bridge and overlook important landscapes such as Longmen Mountain and Longxing Temple, and the bridge itself has also become a destination for people to stay, take photos and check in, and enjoy the scenery, and integrate into the daily life of Pengzhou citizens.
