Perfect preliminary survey to solve construction problems in a targeted manner
Henkel's factories in China can be found all over the country, with different roof conditions. At the beginning of the project, Liansheng New Energy conducted a comprehensive survey of the roof of the project plant. After a complete preliminary survey, the Henkel project was divided into several situations such as color steel tile roof, parking shed, cement roof, etc., and different roof structures and waterproof systems were evaluated, so as to support the customization of personalized solutions with sufficient and detailed data.
Customized solution design Accurately match multiple application scenarios
The load-bearing capacity of the color steel tile roof is relatively weak, and Liansheng New Energy focuses on the roof load capacity, and adopts lightweight components according to the plant conditions, and designs the most suitable scheme.
In the BIPV carport scenario, it also makes full use of the free parking spaces to create a green power solution for Henkel that is both beautiful and practical.
During the installation of photovoltaic modules, cement flat roofs may encounter problems such as water leakage and insufficient roof space. After a lot of preparatory work and professional technical guidance, Liansheng New Energy not only effectively avoided the above problems, but also ensured the high power generation of the power station.
