Announcement of the Sanya Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Sixth Batch of Housing Selection for the Vanke Puyueshan Housing Project
On April 23, 2024, our bureau launched the registration of the sixth batch of Vanke Puyueshan Anju Housing projects, and as of April 24, a total of 20 people have completed the registration of the project's intention (see the attachment for details). According to the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying out the Normalization of Housing Declaration", Hainan Luobidong Industrial Co., Ltd. is responsible for organizing the successful registration of families to select houses. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Room selection time
April 27, 2024 at 14:30 p.m

3. Room selection process
The selection of the room will be through the drawing of the room selection sequence number, the applicant with the ID card in the 14:30-15:00 period for sign-in, 15:00 to carry out the selection of the order number of the selection of the work, after the end of the selection of the room according to the order number of the room selection. If the applicant is unable to attend and needs to entrust others to choose a room, he or she must go through the notarization and entrustment procedures in advance. Those who fail to sign in after the time limit will be ranked at the end of the sequence number and participate in the room selection in turn according to the arrival time.
4. Other matters
(1) After the selection of the house, the applicant must sign the "Housing Selection Confirmation" with Hainan Luobidong Industrial Co., Ltd., and the applicant who does not sign is deemed to have given up the qualification for the placement of the housing project, and the applicant shall not apply for affordable housing in Sanya City again within 5 years if he gives up the selection of the house for personal reasons after signing the confirmation of the housing selection.
(2) After the successful selection of the house, it is strictly forbidden to change the room number, and the violator will be disqualified from purchasing the house.
