In the book "Energy and Stress", American psychologist David Hawkins drew a "map of the energy hierarchy of human consciousness".
He believes that the lower the energy level, the more people tend to be closed and self-aggrandized, so they are always questioning, critical, and angry.
The higher the energy level, the more people can enter the realm of "unity" and "selflessness", and be able to listen and be inclusive, compassionate and tolerant.
The world that people see is a reflection of their own hearts.
