According to the provisions of the "2024 Chuzhou Primary and Secondary School Teacher Open Recruitment Announcement", the list of replacement personnel for qualification review is hereby announced, and the replacement personnel participating in the on-site qualification review are requested to conduct on-site qualification review as required.
1. On-site qualification review object

2. Time and place of on-site qualification review
Time: 8:30-11:30, 14:30-16:00, April 28, 2024 (Sunday).
Location: Personnel and Teachers Unit on the first floor of the North of Fengyang County Education and Sports Bureau.
3. On-site qualification review materials
Candidates must provide the following materials when participating in the on-site qualification review:
(1) Qualification review form (log in to the registration website to download and print it by yourself).
(2) The original and photocopy of the applicant's valid ID card.
(3) Academic degree certificates or supporting materials:
1. For those who have obtained academic degree certificates, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate shall be provided.
2. Full-time 2024 fresh graduates who have not obtained a graduation certificate must provide their original student ID card and certificates of passing the grades of each subject, and sign their written commitment that the major of the graduation certificate is consistent with the major of the position applied for (Annex 2).
3. Those who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the grades in each subject, and graduated in 2024 but have not yet obtained the graduation certificate, they must provide the academic level, graduation time and "graduated in 2024, have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the results in each subject, and the graduation certificate is to be issued" and sign my written commitment that the major of the graduation certificate is consistent with the major of the applied position (Annex 2).
(4) Teacher qualification certificates or supporting materials:
1. For those who have obtained the teacher qualification certificate, the original and photocopy of the teacher qualification certificate and Putonghua level certificate shall be provided;
2. Those who have met the requirements for teacher qualification certification and participated in the 2024 teacher qualification certification can participate in the on-site qualification review with the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn and download it on the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network") and the Putonghua proficiency test score certificate, and sign a written commitment to provide the teacher qualification certificate or certificate number before admission and employment.
(5) Those who apply for the position of targeted recruitment of personnel for the "service grassroots project" must provide a certificate (appraisal form) for the service grassroots level, of which the personnel of the "service grassroots project" who will expire in 2024 shall provide a certificate (appraisal form) or a certificate of service period assessment and other relevant supporting materials.
(6) Proof of approval of the organ or public institution to apply for the examination.
The regular staff of organs and public institutions shall, in accordance with the authority of cadre personnel management, provide proof that the original unit and the competent department have agreed to apply for the examination.
4. Those who fail to pass the qualification review or fail to attend the on-site qualification review at the designated place on time shall be disqualified from participating in the professional test. Therefore, if there is a vacancy in the number of candidates, it shall be filled in equal amounts according to the provisions according to the provisions of the written test from the highest score to the lowest score.
5. Candidates shall pay a professional test fee of 80 yuan/person after passing the qualification review. The specific professional test time is subject to the notice published on the notice board of the website of the Fengyang County People's Government, and candidates are requested to participate in the professional test according to the time and place notified on the official website.
