Baotou, April 26 (Reporter Wei Quanquan) Walking on the west bank of Kunhe Wetland Park, Kundulun District, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, the wooden plank road is particularly conspicuous, spiraling from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. Viewed from the top of the boardwalk, the peach blossoms bloom along the mountain, and the green and sparkling waters of the Kundulun River are all over the mountain.

"Ten years ago, it was an overgrown sand and gravel field. Now, it has become a national wetland park with good water ecology in the northwest inland region. Some time ago, a group of black storks migrated near Egret Lake in the wetland park, and in the past ten years of patrolling, we have successively found that the egret, ruddy shelduck, silver gull and other nationally protected migratory birds have settled in the wetland park. Zhang Bicheng, director of the management and protection center of Kunhe Wetland Park in Baotou City, told reporters.

Although it is far away in the northwest inland, with the continuous improvement of the ecological environment of the Kunhe Wetland Park and the continuous strengthening of the protection of wild animals, it has also attracted more and more birds to stop and inhabit here.
