It is reported that the head of the so-called "propaganda group" this time is Qiu Taiyuan, the incoming head of the health and welfare department, who has participated in relevant activities as a representative of public opinion many times before, and has very rich experience in "propaganda." In addition, the Taiwan authorities have also praised inviting representatives of public opinion within various political parties and groups in the legislature to form a so-called "visual guidance group" to go to Switzerland together.
In addition to participating in the so-called "propaganda" activities, the "visual guidance group" will also take every opportunity to communicate with the local authorities and some European parliamentarians attending the meeting, and this is also a way for the Taiwan authorities to win over Europe to support them.
