Recently, when supervising inbound flights, the customs officers at the customs inspection site of Haikou Meilan Airport under Haikou Customs found that there was an abnormality in the image of one piece of checked baggage through the early machine inspection. Passengers carrying this piece of baggage choose the non-declaration channel when clearing customs, and do not declare any items to the customs. After opening the box and inspecting it, the customs officers at the scene seized 102 second-hand handbags with traces of use in his luggage.
Customs reminds: According to Articles 46 and 47 of the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the baggage and articles carried into and out of the country by individual and mailed into and out of the country shall be limited to their own use and reasonable quantity, and shall be subject to customs supervision. The owner of the goods entering or leaving the country shall truthfully declare to the customs and accept the customs inspection.
