In terms of signing new projects, departments at all levels in the city have signed a total of 20 new projects outside the district, with a planned investment of more than 10 billion yuan. Among them, there are 3 projects of 50 million yuan - 100 million yuan, 9 projects of 100 million yuan - 500 million yuan, 4 projects of more than 500 million yuan, in addition, there are 30 projects under negotiation in various districts (parks) with signing conditions.
In terms of funds in place, in the first quarter, the city implemented a total of 303 projects under construction (156 continued, 147 new), with an increase of 18.2% over the same period last year, of which more than 9 billion yuan was in place for projects outside the district.
Investment promotion and outbound investment promotion are also being promoted. In the first quarter, the city received a total of 20 batches of visitors, and the leaders of the two levels in the urban area led a team to go out to attract investment in 30 batches. Among them, the city leaders led 9 batches of outings and successively carried out investment docking with more than 70 target enterprises, and 21 batches of investment promotion in various districts (parks) have been carried out with more than 160 enterprises.
Through the active "going out" and "bringing in" in the three months at the beginning of the year, up to now, the number of enterprises that have reached preliminary cooperation intentions with Karamay City has reached more than 90.
