On April 25, the Municipal Veteran Cadres Volunteer Association went to the Huangjiayu Massacre Exhibition Hall in Lingzi Town, Zichuan District to carry out the practical research activity of "Pursuing Red Memory and Remembering the History of the Anti-Japanese War". At the event site, the Municipal Veteran Cadres Volunteer Association presented calligraphy and painting works to Lingzi Town, Huangjiayu Village and the exhibition hall, and issued volunteer cards to Huang Qingqing, the director of the exhibition hall. The two sides discussed how to give full play to the unique advantages of veteran cadres and volunteers to assist Lingzi Town in carrying out revolutionary activities, protecting old sites, and spreading red culture. Liu Fei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and mayor of Lingzi Town, said that during the construction of the exhibition hall, the volunteers of the cultural heritage protection service team worked with the staff of the exhibition hall to study historical materials, interview the surrounding people, and find physical evidence materials, which contributed to the smooth completion of the exhibition hall.
