On the afternoon of April 26, the mobilization and deployment meeting for institutional reform in Kaifu District was held. Luo Yuhuan, Secretary of the District Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, emphasizing the need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on deepening the reform of the Party and state institutions, fully implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the relevant requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee, and effectively and orderly promote the work of institutional reform in the whole region, so as to provide a more solid guarantee for "building the north of the city and achieving a new leap". The meeting informed the drafting of the "Kaifu District Institutional Reform Plan", the main content and the next work arrangement. Luo Yuhuan pointed out that deepening the reform of the party and state institutions is a major strategic plan made by the 20 th CPC National Congress and the Second Plenary Session of the 20 th CPC Central Committee, which has a bearing on the overall situation of reform, opening up, and modernization, and is a major political task that we must resolutely accomplish. All levels in the region should have a clearer understanding of the situation, improve their position, profoundly understand the important significance of institutional reform from the perspective of the overall strategic situation, conscientiously unify their thinking and action with the decisions and arrangements of the party Central Committee, and carry out all the tasks of institutional reform to the letter.
Luo Yuhuan emphasized that it is necessary to improve the position, deepen understanding, earnestly enhance the sense of responsibility and mission for doing a good job in institutional reform, and continuously deepen institutional reform.
