Mr. Hao told reporters that the incident happened at about half past four in the morning on April 25, when he and his friends took a train to Chongqing to play, and when they arrived at Guiyang Station, they saw an elderly man sitting on the ground crying. "I didn't know much about the situation at the time, but after looking at it for a while, I found that no one was helping the old man. So, Mr. Hao stepped forward to pull the old man up, and after asking, he learned that the old man had missed the train but could not change it, so he broke down and cried. Mr. Hao said that the old man had no money, no mobile phone, and his ears could not hear clearly, so Mr. Hao helped the old man consult the staff of Guiyang Station. The staff told Mr. Hao that because the old man's ticket was redeemed with the travel voucher of the Guiyang Aid Management Station, he needed to provide a certificate from the aid station before he could change the ticket.

According to the staff of the aid station, the old man has returned to the aid station on April 25, and the aid station has sent the old man to the hospital for examination.
