Step 4: Sediment priming

After repeated operations in this process twice, the floor tiles are removed for the third time and a layer of plain cement slurry is evenly applied on the back of the floor tiles, and after being paved and beaten again and flush with the elevation line, it can be used as a benchmark brick. The paving of floor tiles can be constructed in accordance with the process of benchmark bricks, the difference is that the elevation line needs to be considered at the leveling, and the reference bricks also need to be referenced.
Step 6: Deal with the gaps
A certain gap should be reserved between adjacent floor tiles to prevent the thermal expansion and contraction effect from damaging the floor tiles. At the same time, due to the process of beating, it is inevitable that mortar will overflow between adjacent floor tiles.
After the floor tile is completely paved, the gap of the floor tile is cleaned, and after the mortar cleaning at the gap of the floor tile is completed, it is necessary to evenly set up two cross cards on each edge of each floor tile according to each gap, so as to prevent the mortar from moving the floor tile in the drying process, resulting in uneven and unsightly gaps.
Step 7: Construction acceptance
After the construction of the ground project is completed, it is necessary to check whether the color of the floor tiles is consistent, whether there is a hollow drum situation, and whether it is flat. In particular, whether the floor drainage of the bathroom is smooth.
