What products need to be issued CU-TR Certification (EAC Certification) in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union?
The list of goods that are subject to mandatory EAC Certification in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU is specified in the relevant TR CU Regulation itself or in its annexes.

At present, there are 52 regulations governing the technical regulations of the Customs Union, and it is necessary to consult the control list of each technical regulation itself and its annexes. Products included in the Control List are required to obtain an EAC Certificate of Conformity, an EAC Declaration of Conformity, an SGR State Registration Certificate, and a conclusion of a veterinary or health expert. Products that are not within the scope of the Technical Regulations also need to check whether the Russian Compulsory Certification Regulation Law No. 2425 of December 23, 2021 is in the list of mandatory GOST certification and GOST Declaration of Conformity. If none of the above regulations are regulated, you can apply for a voluntary GOST certificate or exemption letter (also known as a rejection letter or rejection decision)
