遵守《海关联盟技术法规 TR CU》的要求并确认产品符合这些要求是强制性的，并不取决于产品的国家-生产商或该产品的生产商、供应商（中间商）、买方、卖方之间的交易性质。 Compliance with the requirements of the CU technical regulations and confirmation of the conformity of products to these requirements is mandatory, and does not depend on the country of origin of the product or the nature of transactions between the manufacturer, supplier (intermediary), purchaser, seller of this product.
