During the event, the participants visited the 12309 Procuratorial Service Center of the Procuratorate and the "Begonia Blossoms, Juvenile Return" Juvenile Legal Education Base, and Zhou Faxiang, Secretary of the Party Group and Procurator General of the Court, gave a detailed introduction to the work process of the procuratorate such as case acceptance, accusation and appeal reception, as well as the main practices of juvenile procuratorial work.
At the subsequent forum, Zhu Hongying, deputy secretary of the party group and executive deputy procurator general of the procuratorate, introduced the main work and typical cases carried out by the procuratorate in safeguarding the rights and interests of women and children in recent years, and reported on the work and achievements made in cracking down on crimes infringing on women's rights and interests and helping and rescuing women in difficulty.
The participants affirmed the work of the hospital, and conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as the protection of the rights and interests of housewives, school bullying, and the rescue of children in difficulty, and put forward relevant opinions and suggestions. Zhao Xin, a deputy to the Provincial People's Congress, said that children are the hope of every family, and children in distress need more comprehensive assistance from the society.
Next, the Shizhong District Procuratorate of Leshan City will take the special action of "prosecuting people's livelihood" as an opportunity to crack down on crimes infringing on the rights and interests of women and children in accordance with the law, broaden channels for judicial assistance for women and children in difficulty, unite the social joint force for the protection of the rights and interests of women and children, and use the power of the procuratorate to support the "warm umbrella" for the legitimate rights and interests of women and children.
