In the comprehensive renovation work, Hedian Town combined with the actual and scientific formulation of the detailed planning of the market town area "1" map to coordinate the governance, focus on the current key and difficult problems of the governance of the market town, highlight the theme of co-construction, co-management and sharing, and make good use of the "secretary's dam (building) consultation" and grid staff meeting to carry out consultation and discussion, listen to the voices of the masses, gather the wisdom of the masses, and take the party building as the guide, weave the "1" grid, improve the management mechanism of the market town, and establish "street chief + grid chief + grid member + merchant" mechanism, door-to-door issuance of proposals, urging 99 units, enterprises, merchants, and households in the grid to implement the six bags of responsibility in front of the door, and mobilizing the masses to participate together.
