Steps:
1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove them, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
2. Blanch the fat beef rolls until they change color, remove them and put them on a plate for later use.
3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, pour in the minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add tomatoes and stir-fry the tomato juice.
4. Add two spoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, bring a large bowl of pure water to a boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, a spoonful of white pepper to taste, pour in the fat beef roll and boil again, sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat.
Tips:
1. There is no requirement for fat cows, but you must blanch in advance to remove the foam, otherwise it will affect the taste!
2. Two tomatoes are the amount that my family is used to, I like the thick tomato flavor in the soup, and if I don't like to eat sour, I can only put one.
3. If the soup is not strong enough, or the tomato is not sour enough, you can add some tomato sauce to try. After several experiments, the tomatoes are best cut into small pieces, and the taste is beautiful!
