This morning, a plot of land in Qingguang Town, Beichen District was successfully transferred.
Tianjin Beichenqu Chengfa Co., Ltd. won Jinchenqing (hanging) No. 2024-002 at a total reserve price of 287 million yuan, equivalent to a floor price of 5,405 yuan / square meter.
The four plots of land to be sold are: east to Xiuqing Road, south to the park green space on the north side of Guangguang Road, west to the west of Yongqing East Road planning plot, and north to Guanggu Road.
Qingguang Town is a relatively late development of Beichen District, and will be built into a cultural and educational city of about 2,900 acres in the future, integrating education, cultural tourism, exhibition, cultural and creative and many other cultural industries.
It is worth mentioning that in December 2023, the Beichen District Education Bureau signed a cooperation agreement with Tianjin Xinhua Middle School, and Xinhua Middle School Beichen School was officially launched.
The school and the new plot that is delisted today are both located in the Qingguang sector.
According to Tianjin Broadcasting on March 25 this year, the primary school of Xinhua Middle School Beichen School is expected to open enrollment in September 2026, and the secondary school is expected to be put into use in September 2027.
