Recently, the 22nd batch of Chinese peacekeeping troops in Lebanon, composed of multi-functional engineering detachments, construction engineering detachments and medical detachments, organized a reading exchange activity with the theme of "Reading Good Books and Appreciating Good Texts" to share their reading experience and understand the true meaning of life.
During the event, peacekeepers went to the library to pick out their favorite books, read them with great interest, and exchanged views with each other from time to time.

It has been learned that since December last year, the unit has actively revitalized its reading resources on the basis of the existing conditions, regularly carried out activities such as "reading a good book every month, writing an experience every week, and writing a famous quote every day," an exhibition and evaluation of reading experience, and a speech contest, and regularly launched the "Blue Helmet Express" periodical to provide a convenient platform for officers and men to speak their minds freely and discuss and exchange ideas.

"In between tasks, through the organization of reading exchange activities, a strong learning atmosphere is created, and officers and soldiers are guided to read inspirationally, increase their wisdom and knowledge, with the aim of strengthening the army and successfully fulfilling the peacekeeping mission. Zhu Bixin, a political work officer of the unit, said.
