1. Law-abiding operation. All operators and relevant units shall strictly abide by the "Price Law of the People's Republic of China", "Provisions on Clearly Marking Prices and Prohibiting Price Fraud" and other laws, regulations and price policies, strengthen price self-discipline, and operate in compliance with the law. It is necessary to consciously enhance the sense of social responsibility, follow the principles of fairness, legality, honesty and creditworthiness pricing, and provide consumers with goods and services at reasonable prices.
Second, the price is clearly marked. It is necessary to conscientiously implement the clear price marking system, so that the price tag price list is complete, the price content is true and clear, the handwriting is clear, the goods label is in place, and the logo is eye-catching. When there is a change in the price of goods or services, the proprietor shall promptly adjust the corresponding price. It is not allowed to sell goods or provide services at a price other than the listed price, and it is not allowed to charge any fees that are not indicated.
3. Operators in service industries such as shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and car washes, when carrying out promotional activities for consumer goods and tourism commodities, should strictly implement the system of clearly marking prices, and strictly prohibit charging fees that are not indicated, and at the same time strictly regulate price promotion behaviors, in addition to clearly marking prices in accordance with regulations, should indicate the period of activities in a conspicuous position, and shall not lower the price and high settlement, fabricate the original price, and falsely discount, and strictly prohibit all forms of price fraud.
4. When selling goods and providing services online and offline, all hotel operators should strictly implement the provisions on clearly marking prices, and the prices should be true and accurate, the goods should be in place, and the signs should be eye-catching, and the room rates should not be falsely marked on the online platform. When there is a change in the price of goods or services, it shall be adjusted and updated in a timely manner, and the contract shall not be unilaterally broken or the price shall be increased without authorization after the order on the platform takes effect, and the price commitment shall be strictly fulfilled. It is not allowed to sell goods or provide services at a price other than the listed price, and it is not allowed to charge any fees that are not indicated. There must be no price fraud such as failing to indicate or significantly weakening the price conditions that are unfavorable to consumers or other business operators, or inducing consumers or other business operators to trade with them.
Fifth, the tourist attractions should be in a conspicuous position to publicize the charging standards, basis, complaint telephone, etc., the implementation of government guidance prices, pricing, to strictly implement (including preferential, reduction) charging policy, shall not be unauthorized addition of charging items, shall not be through the illegal setting of "park in the park" tickets, different scenic spot tickets, bundled sales of tourism products and other forms of disguised increase in ticket prices, shall not force consumers to purchase commercial insurance.
6. All kinds of parking lot operators shall set up price tags at the entrance of the parking lot, payment locations and other conspicuous positions, indicating the charging standards, charging methods, complaint and reporting telephone numbers and free time. The parking lot that implements the government's guide price must strictly implement the charging policy, and it is strictly forbidden to exceed the standard charge or increase the charge in disguise.
7. When all operators carry out online and offline promotion of holiday product sales (accommodation) services, the price information must be true, accurate and complete, and the online and offline synchronization should be "clear and clear", so that consumers can be clear and clear about the relevant commodity information, service content and price standards before tourism consumption, and there shall be no price fraud, price gouging and other improper price behaviors.
During the "May Day" period, the county market supervision bureau will pay close attention to and continue to increase the supervision of market price behavior during the holiday, and the price violation problem that the masses have a strong reaction to, once verified, will be strictly dealt with in accordance with the law, and the illegal cases with bad circumstances, serious nature and greater impact will be publicly exposed.
