As we all know, drivers who have been deducted 12 points or more in a demerit cycle must go to the public security traffic management department to participate in study and education, and only after passing the test can they get their driver's license back. If you do not participate in the study and education according to the regulations, the driver's license will be invalidated. Now, drivers can apply for full marks and online education through the "Traffic Management 12123" APP. After the driver completes the full score study, he can go to the public security traffic management department to take the road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge test.
After logging in to the "Traffic Management 12123" APP, click [Full Score Learning Test], and if you meet the requirements, you will enter the full score education application process. Driver users can choose the place where the driver's license is issued, or the place where the illegal traffic violation occurs and the place where the violation is handled, to participate in the full score education.
Step 1 [Select the education city and education method] After the driver chooses the education city, he or she needs to confirm the number of on-site education days and online education days, and the number of self-learning days cannot be changed (for those who meet the requirements for canceling the probationary period and need to be downgraded, they also need to confirm the downgraded quasi-driving type);
Step 2 [Confirm On-site Education Sessions] According to the number of on-site education days selected in the previous step, select the corresponding number of on-site education sessions, and after completing the confirmation of the learning sessions, enter the information confirmation page, and submit an application for full score after confirmation;
If you do not make an appointment for on-site education on the day of online learning, you can participate in the full score education online learning. The full score online learning format includes courseware learning and mock exams, and courseware learning includes video courseware and document courseware, of which the mock exams are counted as a maximum of 60 minutes per day. During the learning process, the system will take learning photos from time to time for certification, and the certified learning hours are valid. After the cumulative learning of the day is completed for 3 hours, the education will be deemed to have been completed after being reviewed and approved by the administrator.

On-site educationIf you have made an appointment for on-site education on the day of sign-in, please go to the on-site education venue in advance and complete the sign-in, roll call, and sign-out on time. If you do not complete the required work, your current learning record will be invalid. You can click the check-in button and scan the check-in QR code of the venue to sign in.
Full score on-site education cancellation and appointmentFor unfinished on-site education sessions, you can cancel the appointment directly. After the cancellation is successful, you can reschedule the unfinished on-site education.
Warm reminder 1: If a motor vehicle driver accumulates 12 demerit points in a scoring cycle, he or she shall participate in a seven-day study of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge. Among them, drivers of large buses, heavy-duty tractor-trailers, city buses, medium-sized buses, and large trucks shall participate in a 30-day study of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge. For each increase in the number of times a motor vehicle driver participates in full-score education or for every 12 points added to the cumulative demerit points, the learning time of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge is increased by seven days, and the maximum number of learning days for each full-score education is 60 days. Among them, the number of times that drivers of large buses, heavy-duty tractor-trailers, city buses, medium-sized buses, and large trucks participate in full-score education in a scoring cycle increases by 12 points or the cumulative score increases by 12 points, and the learning time of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge is increased by 30 days, and the number of learning days for each full-score education is up to 120 days. 2. The learning of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge includes on-site learning, online learning and independent learning. 3.
