The second is to supervise and inspect the implementation of the "Order No. 74 of the State Administration of Municipal Supervision" by the use units, strictly prohibit employees from working without a license, and urge all users to be equipped with safety directors and safety officers in accordance with the law, clarify job responsibilities, carry out education and training, and continuously improve the ability level and responsibility of the safety director, safety officer and special equipment operators of boiler users.
The third is to urge the user to carry out in-depth risk analysis and judgment of special equipment such as boiler-related pressure pipelines, establish and improve the "Special Equipment Safety Risk Control List", implement the "daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling" hidden danger investigation and management system, formulate a practical and feasible special emergency plan for special equipment accidents, and improve the safety risk prevention awareness and emergency response ability of employees.
