On April 25, a reporter from Huashang Daily Gale News saw in the community that the structure of the owner's house was indeed different from that of the same household. The exterior walls of one of the buildings were demolished and rebuilt, the windows were significantly larger than those of the other houses, and several of the owners' homes were fenced off and the inside was under construction.
One of the houses had a gap in the fence, and there were workers inside, and they said that the inside was an interior decoration, and the outside was filled with pillars and a courtyard wall, because the courtyard wall had sunk. Inside and outside the fence, there is not much greenery left.

In July 2023, the Work Department of the Xixian New Area Capital Planning Bureau (Energy Finance and Trade Zone) replied that after verification, the project has successively appeared in the process of illegal addition and reconstruction in the follow-up housing use and supervision of relevant departments.
However, the owners of the community said that this time only 17 households were identified as illegal construction, and they were not demolished subsequently, causing other owners to follow suit, and the phenomenon of adding covers has not stopped, but is still continuing.

In response to the phenomenon of "stamping and destroying green plants" complained by other owners, the Energy Golden Trade Zone said that it would strengthen daily inspections and carry out the identification and disposal of illegal acts in accordance with laws and regulations.
