Hu Sen, the fourth-level senior prosecutor of the First Procuratorial Department of the Hangzhou Municipal Procuratorate, summarized the key and difficult issues in the process of handling the case and gave professional guidance and suggestions by combining the examples of online rumors and online violence cases handled by the procuratorate.
