April 2024 is the 36th Patriotic Health Month, with the theme: Healthy Towns, Healthy Weight. It aims to take the national health standards for cities and towns as the guide, to improve urban and rural environmental sanitation and enhance the health level of the whole people as the goal, to create healthy cells as the starting point, adhere to the principles of government leadership, departmental linkage, national participation, and comprehensive rectification, comprehensively carry out the patriotic health campaign, and strive to create a clean, hygienic, livable and workable production and living environment, and promote people's health and high-quality social and economic development.
On the morning of April 25, under the organization of the County Health Bureau, our hospital actively participated in the selection of 2 medical workers to carry out free clinics, health consultations and disease prevention knowledge education activities in the Guyu Clean Government Culture Theme Square.
The event promoted the importance of Patriotic Health Month to the general public through on-site consultations, hanging promotional slogans, distributing health materials and posters. The event site was very lively, and there was an endless stream of people who came to consult. The medical staff listened carefully to the statements of the masses on the symptoms, patiently answered everyone's questions, analyzed everyone's physical condition, meticulously answered questions for the masses, and gave professional treatment plans and medication guidance one-on-one.
In this free clinic activity, a total of more than 200 people were served and more than 300 copies of health promotion materials were distributed, which was well received by the people on the spot.
Through the development of free clinics in the Patriotic Health Month, more people can understand and actively participate in the patriotic health activities, which has played a positive role in promoting healthy lifestyles and comprehensively promoting the construction of healthy towns. In the future, our hospital will continue to adhere to the work of free health diagnosis and health publicity, continuously improve the public's awareness of disease prevention and health, and contribute to the construction of a civilized and healthy city.
