The general party branch of Fengchan Village took the lead, and jointly organized and carried out the theme publicity activity of "Village Rules and People's Covenant to Establish a New Wind and Cultivate a Civilized and Productive Style" in conjunction with the Village Women's Federation, the Youth League Branch, the Guan Working Committee, and the New Era Civilization Practice Station.
If you don't follow the rules, you can't make a circle. Fengchan Village regularly holds a villager congress to read out the "Village Rules and Regulations" to the masses, distribute leaflets in each group, mobilize villager group leaders and representatives, and call on everyone to learn and practice together, turn traditional moralization into customs, and nourish the village customs with rules and virtues.

Focusing on the core values of socialism, Fengchan Village uses the New Era Civilization Practice Station, the Rule of Law Cultural Park, and the propaganda column in the group to post village rules and regulations, and the proposal for changing customs and customs, etc., and uses the methods that the masses like to see to widely publicize, so that the wind of civilization caresses the hearts of every villager.
