He wrote down his ideas in a notebook, observed, conceived and tried to study whenever he had time, and soon improved the design of a flexible cable and insulating baffle, and developed an innovative project of "load replacement protection device for drop-out fuse". In recent years, he has also been nominated for the "Innovative Craftsman" Award by the Organizing Committee of the China Industry Forum and the title of "Tianjin Electric Craftsman" by State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company.
Since joining the work in 2008, from the meter reading and charging in the low-voltage class of the power supply service center, to now transferred to the live operation class, serving as the deputy head of the live operation of the distribution operation inspection room of the State Grid Tianjin Wuqing Company, Liu Hongshuang has been performing his duties and responsibilities, charging ahead, and taking every task as the touchstone of the party spirit of party members. Liu Hongshuang has been involved in the live production work for more than ten years, he is cautious in the process of standardization, adhering to the "people-oriented" work concept, with safety and quality as the core, fully analyzing the live operation cases, clarifying the key points and risk points of the operation process, summarizing the advanced experience of live operation, combined with the optimized work process and job responsibilities, while realizing standardization and normalization in the operation process, further strict supervision and standardization of the operation process, avoiding work omissions, ensuring construction safety, and improving the quality of live operations from the source. In 2023, he will cooperate with the team to execute a total of 81 work tickets, with a high live operation rate of 99.57%, a pass rate of 100% for work tickets, an additional power supply of 1.2923 million kWh, and a reduction of 25,258 households during power outages, making outstanding contributions to the company's quality and efficiency improvement.
