Leap confirmation: the big 6-seater SUV is open for pre-sale! The top configuration does not exceed 200,000 and still looks at BYD Tang?

On April 25, Leapmotor's new large 6-seater SUV - C16 was unveiled and opened for pre-sale, and the new car will be launched and delivered in June, with a top price of no more than 200,000 yuan. Based on the C10, the C16 has been redeveloped from the rear body of the B-pillar, with a length of 4.915 meters and a wheelbase of 2.825 meters with the C10, which is larger than the competing BYD Tang, and the car is equipped with nearly 100 luxury configurations. The new car is available in pure electric and extended range versions, and is equipped with a four-leaf clover electronic and electrical architecture and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 intelligent cockpit.

The Leapmotor C16 features flat side windows, an original luggage rack on the roof, a through-type taillight at the rear, privacy glass, 20/21-inch wheels and LiDAR + OrinX advanced intelligent driving system.

The interior of the car adopts a 2+2+2 seat layout, equipped with a 14.6-inch high-definition central control screen, 21-speaker audio, panoramic canopy, double-layer laminated glass, electric sunshade, three-zone independent air conditioning, 15.6-inch rear entertainment screen, the second row of seats supports electric adjustment, without armrests on both sides, and the first and second row of seat cushions have heating/ventilation functions.

The C16 pure electric version is equipped with a maximum power of 215kW drive motor with a maximum speed of 160km/h, and the extended range version is equipped with a 1.5L range extender provided by H15R Xiaokang Power, with a maximum power of 70kW, a maximum motor power of 170kW and a maximum speed of 170km/h, which is matched with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack of China Innovation Airlines.
