Luwang, April 25 - In order to further consolidate basic nursing, standardize the operation of clinical nursing technology, cultivate and select outstanding nursing talents, and improve the practical skill level of the nursing staff in the hospital, on the occasion of the 113th International Nurses Day, the First People's Hospital of Ningyang County, Tai'an City held the "5.12" Nurses' Day Nursing Skills Competition on April 19, and 32 contestants from the clinical nursing positions of the whole hospital conducted a skills competition.

The judges were rigorous, meticulous and professional, focusing on the assessment content of appearance, material preparation, check system, sterility concept, skill proficiency and other assessment contents, and comprehensively scored the practical ability, emergency response ability, communication with patients, humanistic care and other aspects of the contestants. After several rounds of fierce competition, a group of outstanding post experts stood out.
