The flood control and rescue emergency drill simulated the scenario that the Dadangtang Reservoir has exceeded the warning water level due to continuous heavy rainfall, and there is a danger of overflow and dam failure at any time, which directly threatens the lives and property safety of the downstream people. After receiving the report of the reservoir administrator, the township comprehensive emergency headquarters immediately activated the flood control emergency plan and quickly organized personnel to rush to the scene to carry out rescue work.
During the exercise, the mobilization and transfer group, the on-site rescue group, the order maintenance group, the medical rescue group, and the logistics support group cooperated in accordance with the division of labor and cooperation in accordance with the emergency plan, and performed their own duties, and successfully completed various drill subjects such as mass transfer, embankment reinforcement, public security control, medical rescue, and emergency support, and achieved the expected results of tempering the team, running in the mechanism, and testing the actual combat.
