It is home to five top universities and research institutes, including the Ningbo Innovation Research Institute of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Ningbo Institute of Marine Medicine of Peking University, which have injected a steady stream of innovation vitality into this land.
In order to better serve the overseas Chinese community and help the high-quality development of the regional economy and society, the Beilun District Federation of Overseas Chinese actively planned and promoted the establishment of this organization.
