On April 23, the 2024 International Dialogue on Image Communication Innovation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Seminar for Heads of Global Political Party Media Affairs were successfully held in Beijing. With the theme of "Chinese Modernization: China's New Development, New Opportunities for the World", the dialogue was hosted by the International Communication Development Center of CIPG and the Information and Communication Bureau of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee. Chinese modernization has five characteristics and nine essential requirements, presents a new picture different from the Western modernization model, and is a new form of human civilization.
