Who is at high risk of breast cancer?
What should I choose?
▶ People who have one of the following conditions are considered to be at high risk of breast cancer
1. For those with obvious genetic predisposition to breast cancer, the main judgment content is as follows:
(1) First-degree relatives have a history of breast cancer or ovarian cancer (note: first-degree relatives refer to mothers, daughters and sisters; second-degree relatives refer to aunts, aunts, grandmothers and maternal grandmothers);
(2) 2 or more second-degree relatives suffering from breast cancer before the age of 50;
(3) 2 or more second-degree relatives with ovarian cancer before the age of 50;
(4) At least one first-degree relative carries a known pathogenic genetic mutation in the BRCA1/2 gene.

2. Patients with breast duct or lobular dysplasia or lobular carcinoma in situ in the past.

▶ Screening recommendations for people at high risk of breast cancer
- Earlier initiation age (< 40 years) is recommended.
- Mammogram once a year.
- Breast ultrasound every 6 to 12 months.
- Breast check-up every 6-12 months.
- Combined with breast MRI with contrast if necessary.
