In March 2024, China Railway 11th Bureau won the bid for the Cenxi to Daxin Highway (Liyu Road Co-linear Section Expansion Project), the highway line is 20 kilometers long, and is the colinear section of "Heng 9" (Cenxi (Guangdong-Guijie) to Daxin Highway) and "Longsheng (Xiangguijie) to Tieshangang Expressway) in the main skeleton network of Guangxi's "1 ring, 12 horizontal, 13 vertical and 25 linked" expressway, which bears the role of connecting and converting the two channels, and has irreplaceable functions and roles in Guangxi's comprehensive transportation system. After the project is completed and opened to traffic, it will further promote the connection between the Beibu Gulf and the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, accelerate the formation of the international gateway port of Guangxi Beibu Gulf, and become an important sea passage facing the Beibu Gulf in Northwest China.

The project spans Qingxiu District, Binyang County, Nanning City, Guangxi and other counties, and the main construction tasks include: Nanning (Binyang) trunk line Tianli to Taoyuan section is 40.955 kilometers long, 1 new pumping station, 4 new tunnels, 4 new pipelines, 1 new inverted siphon, 22 new valve wells, 4.749 kilometers long Dazhuang branch line, and 395 meters long pipeline through Cangshuo Expressway section. It is reported that the Guangxi Water Resources Allocation Project around the Beibu Gulf is the backbone project of the national water network, and it is also the water resources allocation project with the largest investment, the largest beneficiary population and the most significant comprehensive benefits in Guangxi. After completion, it is of great significance to alleviate the water shortage situation in Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou, Yulin and other water-receiving areas, improve the regional ecological environment, and support high-quality economic and social development.

On March 4, 2024, China Railway 16th Bureau won the bid for the design, procurement, and construction (EPC) general contracting project of the human settlements environment improvement project in Wangshan District, Xinjian District, Nanchang City. The total land area of the project is about 1,410 acres, with a total construction area of 157,000 square meters, and the main construction content is the improvement of the living environment of villages along the Wangshan area, the overall improvement of the historical and cultural village of Wangshan Village, the maintenance and upgrading of ancient buildings, and the improvement and transformation of the water environment of Wangshan area. After the completion of the project, it will further promote the further improvement of the quality of human settlements and urban functions, promote ecological protection and restoration, and the in-depth development of historical and cultural resources, and play an important role in promoting Nanchang to build a livable, resilient and smart city.

On March 5, 2024, China Railway 12th Bureau won the bid for the TJ2 bid for the reconstruction and expansion project of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway from Guangzhou Huocun to Dongguan Chang'an and the Guangzhou Huangcun to Huocun section of the Guangzhou-Foshan Expressway, the project starts from Huocun Community, Yunpu Street, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, connects the Huangcun to Huocun section of Guangfo Expressway, and ends in the south of Xintang Town after crossing Guangyuan Expressway and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway in Zengcheng District, with a total length of about 20.8 kilometers. The project is located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which is an important part of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway (G4) and Shenhai Expressway (G15) in the national highway network, and is also an important section of the "seventh vertical" in the main skeleton of the "12 verticals, 8 horizontals, 2 rings and 16 shots" expressway in Guangdong Province.

On March 5, 2024, China Railway 15th Bureau won the bid for the Qiqihar Longjiang Phase II 200 MW wind power project, which is located in Longjiang County, Qiqihar City, with a total installed capacity of 200 MW and a total of 32 6.25 MW wind turbines, including four major systems: temporary roads, wind turbine foundations, mixed towers and wind turbine hoisting, collector lines and booster stations. After the completion of the construction of the two phases of the project and the Qiqihar Longjiang 300 MW wind power project, it is estimated that the average annual power generation will be 145605800 kWh, which can save 189,700 tons of standard coal, 1,523,300 tons of water resources, 684.33 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions and 1,223,600 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which will be of far-reaching significance for promoting regional economic development, improving people's living standards and improving energy efficiency.

On March 7, 2024, China Railway 14th Bureau won the bid for the SG-2 bid section of the Dongliang Expressway Shenhai Expressway to Xintai section of the upper span Jiaoxin and Wari railway overpass project. The project is an important part of the "horizontal four" line of the expressway network planning and layout of Shandong Province, which is located between Qinglan Expressway and Rilan Expressway, and connects with Taihui Expressway in Henan Province, and is a key construction project during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period of Shandong Expressway.

On March 8, 2024, China Railway Construction Port and Shipping Bureau won the bid for the wind turbine foundation and wind turbine installation construction project (bid 2) of China Resources Lianjiang Offshore Wind Power Project, the largest offshore wind power project in mainland China, which mainly includes the foundation procurement, transportation, foundation construction, offshore booster station foundation construction (including upper block installation) and wind turbine installation construction of 18 units of 18 MW. After the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual power generation capacity will reach 3.3 billion kilowatt hours, save about 958,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 2.632 million tons per year, and will also strongly promote the local new energy industry and circular economy to enter a new period of rapid development, which is of great significance to further optimize the energy structure of Fujian Province, accelerate industrial upgrading, and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.
