On the morning of April 23, 2024, the No. 4 Junior High School in the urban area held the 2024 Rule of Law Report Conference. Zhang Jinxue, executive director of the court's work committee and former vice president of the court, was specially invited to give a lecture, and Zhou Lingwei, secretary of the branch of the court's administrative tribunal, post judge, and vice principal of the rule of law of the fourth junior high school in the urban area, and Zhao Chuanye of the executive bureau were invited to attend.

Director Zhang used easy-to-understand language and classic cases to guide students to improve their awareness of the rule of law, consciously resist bad behaviors, stay away from illegal activities, and let the awareness of the rule of law take root in the hearts of every student.
Director Li concluded his speech and hoped that the students would form a sense of the rule of law in their daily study and life, consciously abide by the law, find the law when encountering problems, and rely on the law to solve problems, and be a good student who knows, abides by and understands the law.
This lecture on the rule of law enhanced the students' concept of knowing, understanding, abiding by and protecting the law, improved the students' awareness and ability to distinguish between right and wrong and self-protection, and also provided a strong guarantee for building a solid campus security line and creating a harmonious and safe campus.
