Throughout the seminar, Academician Mei Hong paid close attention to the views of each expert and added some personal insights from time to time. In the summary of the meeting, Academician Mei pointed out that digital transformation is essentially business reconstruction and optimization of business processes. Since it is reconstruction and optimization, there must be the elimination of some departments of the enterprise, or even some enterprises, just like the emergence of the car leads to the disappearance of the carriage, which is a major social problem in digital transformation. However, Academician Mei also pointed out that digital transformation is not a matter of one or two days, but may be a process of several decades, just like the industrialization process, almost a hundred years, and in this time span, enterprises should have enough room to adapt. In addition, on whether AI+ can effectively promote the digital transformation of enterprises, Academician Mei talked about his own views, he pointed out that AI+ is a major direction advocated by the government, in fact, it is necessary to carefully analyze the limitations that AI+ may have, for example, large models in the field of culture, video, film and television, will indeed produce some things, but simple chat, dialogue is not production. Therefore, how to adopt AI+ to promote digital transformation needs to be further studied. Finally, Academician Mei suggested that as far as the research work of the research group is concerned, enterprises can be classified and pointed out the path of survival and development for all kinds of enterprises under the tide of digital transformation.
