After the chest CT examination, the doctor found that the wall of the right main bronchus and the middle bronchus was annularly thickened, the lumen was narrowed, and the right main bronchus was covered with a strip of calcareous opacity. A detailed physical examination reveals coarse breath sounds in both lungs and inspiratory wheezing in the right lung. After learning about the medical history, Mr. Li told the doctor that he had aspirated the whistle joint 30 years ago, but there were no obvious symptoms of discomfort at that time, so he had never been diagnosed and treated.
After completing the preoperative examination, Director Wang Lifeng conducted an electronic bronchoscopy for Mr. Li and found the presence of a foreign body. The bronchial foreign body was removed by freezing in the middle of the right segment, and it turned out to be a whistle joint.
