In this training, the department adheres to the development of the times, closely follows the voices of grassroots officers and soldiers, and closely follows the requirements of policies and regulations, and uses party building to lead group building, with party committee organs and grassroots chief officers standing in the lead, and young officers and soldiers stepping onto the podium to "be the C position" and "sing the leading role", and give full play to the role of the "fighting fortress" of the party branch, the "right hand" of the regiment branch and the servicemen's committee, and the "frontier outpost" of the two teams.
"Political Energy" of Party Committee Organs
In accordance with the requirements of the "Outline for the Construction of the Grassroots Units of the Army," the party committee of this ministry has taken the joint construction and joint creation of the "three major organizations" as the starting point, made efforts and made a fuss around the word "jointly," persisted in leading the group building with party building, and continued to arouse the enthusiasm of officers and men for building and tap their potential.
In the work training of the party branch, the ministry took the lead in arranging sitcoms such as "The General Election of the Party Branch of the Company" and "The Role of the "Battle Fortress" of the Party Branch of the Company". The officers and soldiers participating in the training spoke enthusiastically and actively pointed out various problems set up in the sitcom - "here does not meet the conditions for the number of attendees to hold the branch party member meeting", "here the deputy secretary and secretary of the branch committee should express their position at the end"......
Grassroots chief officer "make a sample"
According to the leaders of the department, they carefully selected four outstanding grassroots chief officers to organize lectures by "teaching theories, teaching methods, and solving doubts". In the course of the lecture, the officers and soldiers in the audience enthusiastically raised their hands to ask questions in light of their own work conditions, conscientiously asked for advice on work methods, and carried out "brainstorming" on the spot for the content that everyone was more confused about, and collided with sparks of exchange.
Young officers and soldiers "take the lead"
In order to improve the quality of grassroots construction, the department has actively mobilized young officers and men to actively participate in and contribute ideas, take the initiative to take the lead and shoulder heavy responsibilities, give full play to their own special advantages, and improve the level of grassroots organization building with innovative thinking.
During the work training of the regiment branch, the young officers and men of the unit gave a scene demonstration of "helping the regiment members grow and progress" and "recommending the development targets of party members", and gave colorful performances on various topics of concern to the officers and soldiers, which aroused strong resonance among the officers and men in the audience.
In the course of the work training of the servicemen's committee, the officers and men participating in the exercise put on the table many difficult problems that plagued grassroots construction in connection with the recently held "earnest discussion meeting of officers and soldiers," discussed and resolved them one by one, and encouraged the officers and men to truly integrate into the unit and consciously become masters of their own affairs.
The "two teams" of ideological backbones and security committee members are the "thermometer" that most directly discovers problems and the "special medicine" that is most effective in solving problems. The sitcom choreographed by the department vividly demonstrated how a "troubled officer and soldier" could be transformed into a "communications spearhead" under the step-by-step guidance of the "two teams."
Internalized in their hearts and externalized in their actions, the officers and men participating in the training have expressed their desire to apply what they have learned in the training to their daily work and life. In the next step, the department will also actively explore new ways to optimize the joint construction and joint creation of the "three major organizations" and the functions of the "two teams," and strive to guide young officers and men to play the leading role and be the main force in the construction of the grassroots units with the attitude of "masters," so as to continuously improve the quality of the comprehensive construction of the grassroots units.
