According to the report, the increase in seed exports and grain orders during the reporting period led to an increase in revenue, but due to the impact of the corn grain market, the progress of corn seed shipments did not meet expectations, and the sales volume decreased year-on-year, resulting in a decline in profits.
At the same time, the report mentioned that the implementation progress of the company's fund-raising projects "R&D and Innovation System Construction Project" and "Integrated Construction Project of Overseas Breeding and Breeding of Crop Seeds" is relatively slow, but the implementation of the above projects is closely related to the company's main business, in line with the current development needs and long-term development plan, and the feasibility of the project has not undergone major changes. As a result, the Company has adjusted the date on which the above items have reached their intended usable status. Among them, the "R&D and Innovation System Construction Project" will be adjusted to June 30, 2025, and the "Integrated Construction Project of Overseas Breeding, Multiplication and Promotion of Crop Seeds" will be adjusted to December 31, 2025.
