To this end, the factory firmly establishes the concept of "big health", further promotes the construction of a healthy enterprise, and uses employee health intervention as an effective means to build the first barrier for employee health.

Health intervention services focus on the word "early", and the key is "prevention". In order to effectively prevent various diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the plant focuses on the early screening stage. Since last year, the factory has carried out a "personalized" physical examination. Before the physical examination, the physical examination physician is invited to explain the role of each physical examination item in detail for the employees, and on the basis of the required examination items and the package of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and diabetes, the personalized physical examination "package" for employees is formulated, so that employees can choose the physical examination items according to their own health conditions, so that the physical examination is more targeted and tendentious. At the same time, make full use of the sub-health assessment instrument of the health management station to conduct comprehensive screening and evaluation of the risk factors existing in the body of employees, so as to achieve early screening, early diagnosis and early treatment, and escort the health of employees.

For health risk personnel, various intervention methods are adopted to help employees meet the indicators within two assessment cycles, and the compliance of employees' indicators is regularly reported. The new contractors of the single well group and the personnel who enter the market can only take up their posts after passing the health assessment to ensure that the personnel in key positions are matched and reduce the risk of safety production incidents due to physical conditions.

On the basis of doing a good job in the health intervention of all employees, this factory enters the customs from the "mouth" and makes every effort to build a nutritious and healthy "small canteen". In accordance with the standards of the enterprise canteen, the company's experts were invited to renovate the canteen of the oil production plant. At the same time, the food processing process is standardized, so that the coarse and fine processing are separated, raw and cooked are separated, and special rooms and professional operation areas are set up to improve the food safety level. Through the "three reductions" nutritious catering, the average sugar consumption of each canteen in the whole plant decreased by 8.1%, the oil consumption decreased by 7.3%, and the salt consumption decreased by 4.1%, which was well received by the majority of employees.
