On April 24, the Hebei Provincial Intellectual Property Protection Center, the Xiong'an New Area Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, the Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Center, the Tianjin Intellectual Property Protection Center, the Zhongguancun Intellectual Property Protection Center, the Binhai New Area Intellectual Property Protection Center, the Beijing Branch of the Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance, the Tianjin Binhai Branch of the Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Guidance, The 2024 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intellectual Property Protection Activity, jointly organized by the Tianjin Council for the Promotion of International Trade Sub-center and other units, was successfully held in Xiong'an New Area. Yang Dongqi, Secretary of the Party Group, Director and First-level Inspector of Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office, Wu Ting, Secretary of the Party Group, Director and First-level Inspector of Tianjin Intellectual Property Office, Tian Jinchang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Hebei Xiong'an New Area, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xiong'an Group, Zhao Yanjun, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Hebei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, Dai Shengguo, Member of the Party Group and Second-level Inspector of Tianjin Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and leaders in charge of various bureaus were invited to attend.
The theme of this event is "Transformation and Application of Intellectual Property Rights to Promote High-quality Development". The six participating units respectively released their intellectual property achievements on the rapid and collaborative protection of intellectual property rights in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the development of new productivity in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei patent navigation, the understanding and application of international rules on data property rights, cross-border e-commerce and intellectual property protection in overseas exhibitions.
The participants carried out a roundtable dialogue on intellectual property rights around the contents of "the transformation and application of intellectual property rights to promote high-quality development", "intellectual property rights empower the development of new quality productivity", and "the rapid and collaborative protection of intellectual property rights in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region supports the high-quality construction of Xiong'an New Area".
During the event, five intellectual property protection centers in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei jointly signed the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Memorandum of Cooperation on Rapid and Collaborative Protection of Intellectual Property Rights 2.0" and the "Agreement on Joint Learning and Co-construction".
The Beijing Branch for Guidance on Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes, the Hebei Branch for Guidance on Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes, the Tianjin Binhai Branch for Guidance on Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes, and the Tianjin Branch of the Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) for the Guidance of Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes established the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Overseas Intellectual Property Protection Alliance and jointly signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Guidance for Responding to Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
