The reporter learned from the construction personnel that before the heavy rain, the workers had dug the tunnel where the pipeline was buried, but due to the large amount of rain and the low terrain caused by the accumulation of rainwater, the rain hit the sediment and buried the tunnel, and the construction is currently continuing.
According to reports, when it is not raining, five or six workers will work at the same time, and it will take about ten days to repair the pipeline. The rain increases the difficulty of construction, and the construction period needs to be relatively extended.
