In order to better achieve long-term governance, the street held a pilot work deployment meeting for the whole process management of decoration activities in commercial housing residential quarters in accordance with the notice requirements of the "Pilot Work Plan for the Whole Process Management of Residential Decoration Activities in the District".
The meeting focused on the illegal behaviors of residents in the 12 commercial housing communities in the jurisdiction, such as illegal construction, damage to the load-bearing structure of the house, illegal division, destruction of the appearance of the house, change of the nature of the use of the house, etc., and urged the local property to implement the whole process of supervision of the decoration and decoration property in the residential area through the efficient mode of publicity and notification, declaration and registration, review and acceptance, and full management.
